Mark Hagans

Mark Hagans

Mark Hagans has lived and practiced in Archbold, Ohio since 1997.

He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1994. Mark’s practice areas include corporate advising and transactional work, trust and estate planning and administration, commercial and residential real estate, and a variety of other general legal practice areas.

For over twenty-five years, Bob Bohmer has represented a broad and diverse range of clients throughout Northwest Ohio.

Bob graduated with a B.S.Ed. from Bowling Green State University in 1991.He received his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law, cum laude, in 1994. He was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1994 and is also admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S.

James Duranczyk

James has lived and practiced in Northwest Ohio since he graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2020.

He first graduated from Ferris State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  James’ practice areas include commercial and residential real estate, landlord/tenant issues, contract disputes, and other general practice areas. James also serves as an assistant law director for various municipalities in the area.
