Mark Hagans has lived and practiced in Archbold, Ohio since 1997.
He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1994. Mark’s practice areas include corporate advising and transactional work, trust and estate planning and administration, commercial and residential real estate, and a variety of other general legal practice areas.
Mark is the Law Director for the Village of Archbold, Ohio, and practices in municipal and other governmental areas. Mark is a title agent with Black Swamp Title Agency. Mark also serves on the Fulton County Board of Elections.
Mark remains active in a variety of legal, community, and family activities. A long-time Archbold Rotarian and member of the Archbold United Methodist Church, Mark manages to remain active and involved in many of his family and children’s educational, athletic and artistic endeavors as they have grown up in Archbold, Ohio, and head off to college. Mark has cultivated a continued interest in music performance, playing trumpet with a variety of regional bands.
